Oil Factory of Özçiçek , a cooking oil producer, was founded on an outdoor area of 130,000 m2 and an indoor area of 10,000 m2 in 1985. Equipped with Belgian De-Smet Continous Extraction and Refining System, which is a fully automatic technology capable of processing all kinds of seeds such as sunflower seeds, soybeans and cotton seeds, the plant has a capacity to produce 60 tons of refined cooking oil a day by processing 100 tons of extracted oil cake and 150 tons of oil seed per day. Thanks to this system, the never deteriorating quality of Özçiçek products is guaranteed by careful and meticulous efforts of experienced quality control staff and modern control devices without using any additives in any of the production stages other than those entirely essential. The plant consistently complies with the requirements of ISO 9002 Quality Certificate received in 2000.
From April 2005, the plant was included in Demirayak Group of Companies through another group owned subsidiary, Depa Bitkisel Yağ ve Yağlı Tohumlar San. Ve Tic. AŞ. Its products are marketed all over Turkey, mainly in Afyon, Kütahya, Uşak, Eskişehir, Denizli, Isparta, Burdur and Antalya.
