DRY FOODS, HEALTH and ENERGY SOURCE |
It is determined that foods like dry bean, lentil, chickpea, soybean, rice, wheat that we don’t allow missing of them are rich protein and energy source; and these foods must boil after washing with 4-5 waters and cooked with this water for no killing their vitamins.
