When I go to Ankara, I note. There are a lot of pitta bread and kebab saloons in this student and officer city. Others are desolate. If there is a follower in front of it, certainly it do it perfectly than others. The customer note this.
If the work worst than others, why they interest to you?
If the work same others, your interesting is depend on the chance.
But the work is better than others, these difference is appear, So, you arouse interest. The result of this is success.

To be co-operative.
Any work must not depend on human. Human are mortal. The co-operative is necessary for continue of works, jobs, and successes.
If to work depend on a men/women, continue of this work will not be. Continuous success on that work is not performed. Brightens and extinguishes of the success is natural.
“Co-operatives” is not mean of “to establish a company, also to establish a holding”. A best master, a best artist, teaches his/her skills to a his/her worker and contractor. He/she supply continuous the work. This is co-operatives. When master don’t come to the workplace for any cause, when he/she did be ill, when he/she died, the work will continue.
If everything depends on a man/woman, production can not continue in same quantity, same quality servicing.
These are important for also foundation that were been a company.
Co-operative means to supply co-operating, to know distribution of duty and staff. Also this wants the skill. Before anything need “ to be not jealous” “to share to others”
Love your work. Keep your job.
Work to be best on your work. There is not small or big of the work. There is “best and others of the work”. Don’t touch your work by your finger’s end. Keep it by all of your being and your power.
If everyone love their work, a happy society is created. There is not big, small, important, no important of the work. Every work, every production are holly. Everyone supply the living from different works.
When our Turkey undeveloped in recently, particularly in our villages there was “covered economy”. The covered economy, The covered economy was to perform any needing in the family. Family was spread, evaluate, cook and keep. Only gas, salt, sugar were bought from out. Today our farmers sell all of their products. Earning of them, they buy needs and even bread. Here this is co-operatives. It is requesting of the modern life. Everyone will do best works that can performed by best. After incomes of them, they will buy their needs.
So, the open economies give the chance of developing of the skills, to be useful for their society, their country, to the humanity.
To be enterprising is on my share. Enterprising means, one who does best halve, by to bring different chances. I do best halva. But my halvas contents are done by other; semolina, oil , sugar. I am not in idea of “I must do semolina, oil , sugar “
Even when I foundation a factory, I look for a experienced one who performed this work. I founded a lot of factories to now. I did not be in idea of “ I do best”. When did looked on this approach, everyone’s work is value during this work performed by done best. Anyone must see as bad work of others, newer. One of them dyes the shoes, one of them produce electrician motor. When one who dyes the shoes, does it by best, it is performed as electric motor producer, as happy and holly.
It need that the window of the room must clean by one. And one must boil the pot.
The woman work that to clean morning and evening, to clean and to iron dresses of husband and children, to cook the meal, is holly as the man work that to weave the cloth, until evening. If there is not woman who performs these works in the home, these worker must buy these services by money. Namely, woman also do producing.. To use soil, oil, meat, paste, by conscious to perform economy, to grow best children, by woman in home, create a value by financial beyond moral. Important one is to be conscious in the work; to perform the work by love.
