Gaining the importance the telephone in the communication technology in the present world, doesn’t supply right using of it and going the messages to their place by right, unfortunately; even these form big matters for both of people and firms in times and financial loosing in unbelievable dimensions.

* Ones who speak slow and quiet

* Ones who talk speedily and by shout

* Ones who work on fronts

* Ones who drink tea, coffee or beverage by speak

* Listeners who don’t listen opposite them

* Ones who promise to send the messages to about places but forget after telephoning.
